HARROW CHURCHES BEREAVEMENT VISITING SCHEME
which acquired charity status in 2000
Revisit how the scheme began 20 years earlier (1980) as the Bereavement Project of the Harrow Deanery Social Responsibility Committee and then became the HCBVS in 1988. After becoming a charity in 2000, there were subsequent name changes:
to HARROW BEREAVEMENT CARE (2004)
then to BEREAVEMENT CARE (2014)
Sandwiches, cakes and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.

This celebration precedes the Bereavement Care AGM scheduled to start at 8.00pm in the LOUNGE at Emmanuel Church.
Annual General Meeting 4th June 2025
The Bereavement Care Annual General Meeting will be taking place on June 4th at Emmanuel Church Hall, High Street, Northwood HA6 1AS.
The hall will be open from 7.30pm for refreshments and networking, with the AGM commencing at 8.00pm.
There are currently three vacancies on the Board if Trustees. If you, or someone you know, would be interested in this role, please contact the Bereavement Care office as soon as possible.
We invite all our volunteers and supporters to attend. Bereavement Care values everyone involved with helping the charity in so many different ways. We would appreciate confirmation of your attendance in advance. (e-mail or telephone, as above), to ensure that we have sufficient refreshments and seating available.
