There are two forms of membership: Individual and Corporate.
Individual Membership is open to any person who would like to support the charity and is willing to further the objects of Bereavement Care. A nominal membership donation is required. Annual renewal ensures that members receive newsletters, details of events and training courses and an entitlement to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting. Members also receive discounts on course fees and for the Annual Conference.
Corporate Membership is available to organisations who wish to support the charity and further the objects of Bereavement Care. Upon payment of the annual Corporate Membership Fee, the organisation receives one free place on an Initial Bereavement Training Course (during that calendar year). In addition, all members of the organisation are entitled to reduced fees on training courses and the Annual Conference. A nominated representative of each Corporate Member is entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
To become a member of Bereavement Care fill out one of our membership forms. Whether you’re with an organisation and are interested in becoming a Corporate Member or would like to become an Individual Member download the relevant form and return to the Bereavement Care office or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to pay for your Individual Membership by Standing Order, you can download a Standing Order Form HERE. Once it is completed, please send it or hand it in to your Bank (do NOT send it to the Bereavement Care Office).
